All Marine LED Shop shipments are done from our warehouse in Florida. We are cooperating with well known logistics partners in order to provide you best shipping services. We believe shipping is one of the most vital aspects of online shopping experience and we do every effort to provide you best shipping options and services FREE OF CHARGE.

Order Processing Time

We ship orders from Monday to Friday except for weekends and US public holidays. All orders before 2pm est Florida time are shipped same day. All others are shipped next day and max in 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation mail from us which includes tracking ID for your shipment once they leave our warehouse.

Domestic Shipping

We offer FREE shipping for EVERY order from USA!

- Orders less than US$150 ships via USPS First Class and delivered in 1-3 business days in most cases
- Orders more than US$150 ships via USPS Priority and delivered 1 or 2 business days depending on your state.
- Orders to PO Box, HI, PR, AK, APO, FPO are shipped via USPS First Class only.

International Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING and special discounts on International Orders.

- More than US$200 are shipped FREE by USPS First Class and delivery times varies by destination.
- More than US$300 are shipped FREE by USPS Priority and delivered in 6 to 10 business days.
- More than US$400 are shipped FREE by USPS EXPRESS and delivered in 3 to 5 business days.

International Shipping Discounts

We offer discounted shipping prices based on your purchase value.

For example, If you make an order of US$100 from overseas you will receive:
50% discount on USPS First Class
33% discount on USPS Priority
25% discount on USPS EXPRESS

These discounts are calculated automatically and you can view them on your shopping cart. The costs will be discounted as you add new items into your cart.

Customs, Duties, Import and Brokerage Fees

Custom procedures vary by country and agent, we recommend that you check with local officials regarding costs and procedures. Marine LED Shop is not responsible for customs and duties charges or delays caused by custom officials, shipping agents or flight delays. Customers are responsible for all brokerage fees, duties and taxes and will be billed for all that are charged back to Marine LED Shop after the initial shipment. By not accepting the delivery of an international order, the Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and applicable restocking fees.

If you would like to inform us about special/extra customs procedures in your country and request additional documentation we will take this into consideration in our shipments. Please use “Comments box” in your checkout page to send us these instructions.

Estimated Shipping times

All shipping times provided on our website are based on service details of our logistics partners. Our system will recognize your country from your IP where possible and provide you shipping rates automatically.
We are responsible for shipping your parcels from our warehouse in maximum 24 hours. Postal services may always be delayed for various reasons and we have no control over these situations. Please make your orders in timely manner and choose faster solutions if you need urgent delivery
Marine Led Shop does not accept any liability that may arise from such delay in postal services.

Additional Details

If our stock levels are less than the amount you would like to order from any product, you will receive a warning on your shopping cart and our system will not let you finish your order with that amount. In this case please contact us using e-mail: support (at) marineledshop (dot) com

For bulk orders and oversized shipments, we may have to ship the products to you from a manufacturers’ warehouse/factory directly in order to save time and cost for you. In this case we will inform and update you about production and delivery times by e-mail communication frequently.

All our shipping methods require a signature at the time of delivery. Postal companies will make multiple attempts to deliver your parcels. The number of these attemps will differ depending on your country. If you do not receive your items for any reason(s) and the parcel is returned back to us Marine LED Shop will not accept any responsibility.

If you refuse any delivery without damage to the parcel or without any other acceptable reason, we will not resend your order until the first delivery is returned back to our warehouse. There will be no exchange or refunds offered for parcels that are returned back to us without our knowledge and confirmation. If you want us to resend the parcel you will be entitled to pay all warehouse & re-shipping costs that occur.


We will accept cancellation of orders if you inform us before your parcel leaves our warehouse. To cancel an order please contact us at support (at) marineledshop (dot) com

Once the item is shipped from our warehouse cancellation is not possible.

Combining orders

We will combine your orders if the first order has not been shipped from our warehouse. In an event that the combined order is eligible for a shipping upgrade, it will still be applied free of charge.


We accept return of products only for items that are defective, has a manufacturing fault and dead on arrival. You must contact us for return requests in 14 days after you receive your parcel. Please use our contact us page and inform us about the situation before shipping back any products. We will not accept any items returned back without our knowledge and confirmation.

All the products on your website have detailed information about their specs and dimensions. Each fixture is different in shape or size and some LED retrofit bulbs may have different dimensions than the incandescent (or other LED) versions being replaced. It's the customers responsibility to make sure they check the specs of the bulbs and their fixtures before placing an order. We will do our best to assist you to solve the problem but exchanging bulbs ordered with wrong specs will have additional charges.

We do not provide refunds for returned products. We accept exchange with another product as long as postal and restocking costs are paid. All the remaining amount will be credited to your account on Marineledshop (dot) com account for future use. Since we work with a 3rd party warehouse for order processing we have to charge $2.5 per each item that is returned for exchange with another product. You will also have to pay $3.5 for the cost of free shipping service provided in your original shipment. Return shipping must be paid by the customer as well. 

The customer is responsible any damage that may happen during return shipments. Return shipments must be made with registered post with a tracking id and Marine LED Shop must be informed by emial sent to support (at) marineledshop (dot) com email address.

Damage During Shipping

Since we use only First Class and Priority Service shipping options, chances of damage during transport is very low. However, if you see any signs of damage in your parcel upon arrival, please check the items inside your parcel for any damage that may happen as a result of negligence during transport. If you find damage in any of the items in the parcel:

1. Please take pictures of damaged parcel and products if possible and inform us immediately about the problem.
2. Ask your delivery person for a detailed report of the situation. Since its a registered service they should provide one on request.
3. Do not accept the parcel and tell the delivery agent to treat it as return. Parcel will be returned to us free of charge.
4. Do not take any of the products from the parcel, even if they are not damaged. Most of the postal companies will not accept to return the parcel in this situation.


Marine Led Shop provide 2 (two) years restricted warranty on all products for failures that happen as a result of manufacturing faults or defects. Any failure happening as a result of misuse of the product, alterations, efforts to fix the product before sending it back to us and very late returns will void your warranty.

Terms of warranty claim :

1. Inform us about the failed product using our contact us page.
2. Provide details in the form and explain us about the nature of failure. Sending us pictures or short videos of the failed products by e-mail to support (at) marineledshop (dot) com will help us greatly and speed up this process for you.
3. Once our staff approves your warranty return request, post the faulty items back to us by a trusted postal company using a registered service in maximum 21 days. We will not bear any responsibility if you use cheap postal service and your parcel is lost before reaching us or arrives months later.
4. All items MUST be shipped back to us in order to receive a new item. We can’t claim warranty from manufacturers unless we return the item back to them as well. No exceptions.

We will pay for the shipping cost of resending items, while buyers are responsible for fees of returning the items.
